Our team is made up of talented people who live and work here, many of whom grew up in Anderson Valley and are now raising their families. Many of our families spend time at the office, located near the Navarro River in Philo. We provide a flexible working environment to our staff and welcome friends, family, kids, and dogs—especially in the summer—to come enjoy the vineyards, river, and redwoods.
